The Wax Casting Key is a ritual artifact created for practitioners who work with cleansing, intention, protection, and energetic transformation.

More than an object, it is a symbol of access — to hidden knowledge, inner doors, protection, and personal power.
Each key is individually forged by hand in accordance with old blacksmithing traditions, carrying the raw imprint of fire, metal, and human touch.

Symbolism

Blackening Process
Each forged key undergoes a traditional oil-blackening process.
While still heated, the metal is submerged into oil, creating a deep raven-black finish that improves corrosion resistance while giving the object its dark ceremonial appearance.
This process leaves every surface slightly different — preserving the raw texture of forged steel and making each piece entirely unique.

Personal Activation
Before first use, practitioners often choose to personally attune the key.
This may include:
* holding it during meditation or ritual
* whispering intention or personal incantations into the metal
* passing it through candle smoke or flame
* leaving it overnight beneath moonlight
* sleeping with it beneath the pillow as a form of personal claiming
The tool becomes stronger when it develops a relationship with its owner.

Important Notes
Each piece is handmade through hot forging and finished individually by the smith.
 Minor variations in shape, texture, darkening, and size (±1 cm) are natural and part of the object’s character.
No two keys are ever identical.
